Join Pacificautism as a Behavior Therapist to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children facing learning and behavioral challenges. This role requires delivering therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, documenting sessions, and collecting data. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (or higher), strong interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for working with children. Flexible scheduling available, with a focus on afternoons.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; prefer associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; playful and enthusiastic.
• Valid California driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children.
