Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collect data on progress.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
