Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and contribute to meaningful progress for children and families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
