Job summary

Aluma Care NH is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. We provide in-home, school, or clinic-based therapy and support professional development in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and partner with families to drive client progress. Flexible schedules and paid training are offered, with competitive pay rates in Seabrook, NH.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy or children experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and local travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
