Aluma Care is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in various settings, implementing evidence-based plans designed by a BCBA, and collaborating with families to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.

• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
