Job summary

Able Stars ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We deliver evidence-based ABA and support client success with hands-on supervision from BCBA and structured onboarding. You will work across home, school, and community settings to implement plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Strong observational, data collection, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients at home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and progress during each session.
• Complete timely, individualized session notes that meet company and payer standards.
• Communicate effectively with your BCBA Supervisor regarding client progress and any challenges.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment during therapy sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines, ethics, and all regulatory and funding source requirements.
