Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy in Chester County, PA. Positions are based in Malvern with school-based hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, working 1:1 with children and adolescents under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• One (1) year experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis
• Must possess RBT Registered Behavior Technician license (per BACB guidelines)
• Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA)
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Certification as a Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 intervention in facility setting with children and adolescents with severe emotional challenges
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis
• Provide behavioral intervention and crisis management for children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses
• Collaborate with treatment team to provide input and feedback that contributes to the development of a child's treatment plan
• Monitor child's behaviors by documenting and redirecting challenging behaviors
• Under supervision of a BCBA, work 1:1 with clients implementing treatment plans and ensure safety
