Job summary

Channel ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children and adolescents in Frederick County, MD. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients implementing plans created by a BCBA.

Our team emphasizes assent-based, compassionate ABA to help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Services are provided in homes, schools, and community settings, with competitive pay and data-driven supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• High school diploma (bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
• One year minimum of working with individuals with autism, developmental delays, or behavioral challenges.
• Experience with online data collection programs preferred.
• Efficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in ABA.
• Must submit to a federal and state background check.
• Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run, or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, move, and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 45 minutes.
• Current first aid and CPR certifications and willingness to complete background checks.
• Afternoon/Evening availability

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy one-on-one with children and adolescents.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
