Job summary

AB Spectrum is seeking a Behavior Technician in St. Peters, Missouri, to deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 1–6. This role involves implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting children in developing fundamental life skills within a structured, play-based setting. Candidates must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent. The position offers a starting pay of $18/hour with opportunities for raises and certification. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a background check and maintain a clear record.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated professional reliability with consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral intervention for children ages 1–6.
• Implement treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on skill progress and behavior.
