BURNETT THERAPEUTIC SERVICES INC. in Concord, CA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children who have autism or developmental delays. Sessions occur at home, in-clinic, or at school, lasting 2–3 hours, with flexible locations to fit family needs.

You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and communicate with families. Training, supervision, and tuition supports are provided, along with mileage reimbursement and RBT certification assistance.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates and certified RBTs are welcome.
• Ability to work with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Afternoon/evening availability required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through structured activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Record and track client progress data accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families for updates and guidance.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and meetings.
