Job summary
Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, clinic or community settings in Florida. Supervision will be provided by experienced BCBAs, and staff will participate in weekly meetings and ongoing training.
The role supports clients with behavior plans, data collection, and collaboration with families. Valid Florida driver’s license, CPR, and Level 2 background clearance are required or obtainable per policy.
Qualifications
- RBT certification (not required to hire)
- Minimum 1 year experience with children
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification
- Completion of a Level 2 background clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA services to clients in home, community or clinic
- Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families
- Implement treatment plans as outlined by the BCBA
- Record data for goals during ABA sessions
- Communicate progress to parents in writing and verbally
- Attend weekly supervision with BCBA
- Participate in team meetings with the family and BCBA
- Assist with assessments and reassessment procedures
