Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is hiring a Part-Time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under a BCBA-designed plan. You will collect progress data, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe, positive therapy environment.

Evenings to start with some day shifts available; compensation ranges from $28–$30 per hour, with higher rates ($31–$35) if certified. RBT certification is encouraged and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification
• Previous experience with children
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
