Job Goal: Keep building and premises in a clean and attractive condition as assigned.

Performance Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of building, sidewalks, driveways, roof, and play areas.
• Shovel and dress walks and steps as needed.
• Check exit doors and panic bolts for security during building hours.
• Raise and lower the U.S. flag daily.
• Wash windows inside and outside at least twice a year.
• Keep grounds free of rubbish and remove graffiti.
• Perform yard work such as grass cutting, trimming, and snow removal.
• Clean corridors and restrooms daily, disinfect fixtures and water coolers.
• Maintain floors and pick up trash in assigned areas.
• Perform basic repairs and report major repairs.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and monitor HVAC systems.
• Ensure building security and proper closing procedures.
• Manage supplies and equipment inventory.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Comply with laws for waste disposal and energy savings programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
