Job summary

Cosmoprof is seeking a Sales Associate in Cincinnati to deliver a memorable shopping experience across hair, color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will act as the advisor on the customer’s journey, supported by our training.

Build relationships, promote promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and complete transactions accurately. Our store offers varied schedules and growth opportunities, with a focus on beauty education and customer care.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

COSMOPROF SALES ASSOCIATE:

The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older
• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Legal wants you to know:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
