Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is hiring for a Cosmoprof Sales Associate. You will help customers through their beauty journey, advising on hair, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, and will be trained to deliver a memorable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective - creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are continually searching for passionate beauty lovers that want to help our customer through their beauty experience. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, we want you to be the advisor on our customer’s journey. It takes knowledge and training - which Cosmoprof will go above and beyond to provide. You bring your passion and personality - we will do the rest!

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older
• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Legal wants you to know:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
