Job summary

Cosmoprof Sales Associate at Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is responsible for delivering a memorable shopping experience for customers across beauty categories, from hair color to cosmetics and nails. You will act as the advisor on the customer’s journey, leveraging product knowledge and in-house training to help shoppers find the right products.

You will build relationships, promote promotions and loyalty sign-ups, complete transactions efficiently, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

COSMOPROF SALES ASSOCIATE:

The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
