Essential Function

Develop strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication, and accountability. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager and are responsible for all primary duties when the Store Manager is not present.

Primary Duties

• Brand (30%): Supervise and support associates' daily goals to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive loyalty. Ensure brand standards are met and analyze store trends.
• People (30%): Engage, train, and develop teams. Recruit and address associate strengths and opportunities through coaching. Maintain positive relations and communication.
• Operations (30%): Execute company processes, support digital strategies, manage inventory, payroll, and store procedures.
• Safety/Loss Prevention (10%): Maintain a safe environment, protect assets, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Leadership and communication skills
• Availability to meet business needs
• Cosmetology license desirable but not required
