Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Plant Operator for our Goldsboro, NC facility to monitor and operate plant equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous operations.

You will adjust control systems, perform rounds, log operational data, and respond to instrument readings while collaborating with a team to minimize downtime and uphold safety and quality standards. The role requires flexibility for various shifts and overtime, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
