Job summary

Cosmoprof is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a memorable shopping experience across hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will build relationships, recommend complementary products, inform customers of promotions, and help customers join the Loyalty program.

You will complete transactions efficiently, maintain a polished store and participate in diverse scheduling. Training on products will be provided to empower your customer service journey at Cosmoprof.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, coworkers and management clearly.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older
• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
