Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a COSMOPROF Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences and guide customers through their beauty journey. You will advise on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, supported by comprehensive product training.

The role offers opportunities to build relationships, enroll customers in the loyalty program, and contribute to engaging displays. You’ll work with a team that values growth, education, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to apply knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
