Job summary

Cosmoprof, the world’s largest beauty supplier, seeks a Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences and advise customers on hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. We provide training to help you become a trusted advisor on every step of the customer journey.

You’ll build relationships, recommend products, inform customers about promotions, set up displays, enroll shoppers in our Loyalty program, and complete transactions accurately while keeping the store professional.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Requirements:

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
