Job summary

Land O’Frost is seeking entry-level Manufacturing/General Labor staff for 1st and 2nd shifts at our Arkansas facility. Roles involve inspecting meat products, operating and monitoring production equipment, and assisting with line changeovers. You’ll pack deli items, follow all safety and quality procedures, and keep the area clean. A drug screen is required during hiring.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• No prior experience is required for entry-level roles.
• Drug screen is required as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Inspect meat products to ensure quality standards.
• Operate and monitor equipment throughout production runs.
• Assist with changeovers and setting up the line.
• Pack finished deli products into cases and palletize boxes.
• Follow Safety, Food Safety, Quality, GMP, SOPs and Manufacturing Procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping to keep the work area clean and sanitized.
• Perform other duties as requested.
