Job summary

Land O'Frost in Lansing, IL is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on processing and packaging equipment across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Starting pay is $29.00 per hour with additional $0.85 on 2nd shift and $1.00 on 3rd shift. This in-person, full-time position offers on-site work with opportunities to grow in a learning culture. The role requires a HS diploma/GED and the ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints.

Qualifications

• Experience to interpret mechanical blueprints and related data required.
• Job-related experience in electrical troubleshooting preferred.
• Must be able to operate all types of lifts (e.g., sit-down forklift, pallet jack).
• Must be willing to work different shifts as needed to cover vacations or call offs.

Starting pay is $29.00/hour (+.85/hour on 2nd shift & + $1.00/hour on 3rd shift)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance repairs to processing and packaging equipment. Opportunity to develop and grow within a learning culture.
