Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor in Juncos, Puerto Rico.

You will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and guiding customers on their beauty journey. You will learn through Sally Beauty training and have opportunities for growth while helping customers with promotions, displays, and loyalty enrollment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older

• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
