Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor to create a memorable in-store experience for customers in Mesa, AZ. You will help with hair color, cosmetics, skincare and nails, offering product recommendations and guiding customers through their journey.

Responsibilities include building relationships, promoting promotions, maintaining displays, enrolling customers in the loyalty program, and accurately handling transactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Requirements:

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
