Job summary

ARGUS Powered by SmartStop is hiring a Full-Time Store Manager in Bend, OR to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional service to tenants and prospects.

The position offers $21.00-$23.00 hourly, monthly and quarterly bonuses, company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, and clear opportunities for career advancement within a growing national platform.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management, retail, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Basic computer skills (email, systems, reporting tools).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective customers
• Handle leasing, rentals, collections, and account management
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
• Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained
• Perform light maintenance and operational tasks
• Support a team-oriented, performance-driven environment

Key Responsibilities
