SALLY STORE MANAGER:

Your Role As a Store Manager
  1. Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience, providing personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs.
  2. Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and handle inventory.
  3. Ensure safety and security protocols are followed to protect customers, staff, and assets.
  4. Maintain the store’s appearance and presentation.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Passion for hair and beauty.
Legal and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using ladders.
  • Exposure to fumes and odors occasionally.
  • Physical activity includes standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around machinery and chemicals.
