Job Title: Assistant Manager

Essential Functions

• Store Operations: Support store management in overseeing daily store activities, ensuring brand standards, and achieving sales and KPI targets. Support all primary duties of the Store Manager when not present.
• Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service, address customer concerns, and analyze store trends to anticipate customer demands.
• Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, developing, and coaching store associates. Maintain positive relations and foster an inclusive environment.
• Inventory & Compliance: Manage inventory, ensure proper store opening/closing procedures, and enforce safety and loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Preferred: 3+ years retail experience, 1+ year management experience
• Effective communication and team leadership skills
• Availability to meet business scheduling needs
• Cosmetology license desirable but not required
