Job summary

Right at Home Austin West is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / PCA to join our Austin, TX team. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and support for your caregiving growth as you help clients with daily living tasks in their homes.

You will provide companionship, meals, light housekeeping, personal care, and transportation. A valid driver's license to travel between clients is required, with base pay $15–$18 per hour and opportunities to learn and advance in a caring,

• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at client’s home.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients - your caring presence brings joy and comfort.
• Prepare meals - nourishing bodies and souls with love.
• Perform light housekeeping - creating a safe and tidy environment.
• Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, grooming - helping with compassion and dignity.
• Provide transportation (Valid DL required) - ensuring clients can stay connected to the world.
• Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients, families, and fellow employees - kindness is at the heart of our care.
