Job summary

Right at Home San Marcos is seeking compassionate Caregivers/PCA to provide in-home care across San Marcos and surrounding areas. The role offers part-time, flexible schedules and base pay ranging from $15 to $18 per hour.

A valid driver’s license is required for client transport and travel between homes is expected. Responsibilities include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, assistance with bathing and grooming, and safe, respectful communication with clients and families.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Part time (Flexible schedules!)
• Base Pay: $15 - $18 per hour
• Special Requirement: Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at client’s home
