Eastcastle Place is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time, non-exempt position on the 1st shift (7:00am-3:15pm), 20 hours per week. You will support residents with daily living activities, ensure safety, and collaborate with RN/LPN teams to follow individualized care plans.

The role requires 1-2 years of CNA experience, active Wisconsin CNA registration, and a caring, team-focused attitude. Benefits include a 401(k) match after 1 year and more.

• Minimum 1-2 years of CNA experience, preferably in Long-Term Care settings.
• Active CNA registration through the state of Wisconsin
• CBRF certifications preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• A positive, caring, and professional attitude

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent patient care while maintaining residents' comfort, privacy, and dignity.
• Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and exercise.
• Follow resident care plans and provide support as outlined.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Complete all tasks assigned by the nurse.
• May be required to relocate to different care units based on resident needs.
• Monitor and record food and liquid intake, output, and vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration).
• Report any changes in condition, wounds, bruises, or symptoms to nursing staff.
• Stay current with CNA training and facility policies.

We are looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, ensure a safe and comfortable environment, and provide physical, emotional, and social support.
