As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Quality Engineer" with the following requirements for our client operating in Automotive Parts Manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant Engineering departments of universities,
• Proficient in English,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry,
• Knowledge and experience in system standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001,
• Familiarity with automotive core tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA,
• Experience and knowledge in IMDS data entry,
• Skilled in problem-solving techniques,
• Strong communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

Job Description

• Coordinate quality activities during new product launches and engineering changes in serial production,
• Prepare, present, and follow up PPAP documentation for new products and obtain PSW approvals,
• Perform IMDS data entries,
• Monitor and analyze customer portals and metrics,
• Lead the analysis and resolution of customer complaints by coordinating corrective actions, assigning tasks to appropriate teams, and ensuring direct communication with the customer throughout the process,
• Track customer-specific requirements, ensure the team meets these requirements, and manage potential risks.
