Job Description

We are seeking an Accountant to manage our company’s financial processes in an effective, accurate, and fully compliant manner. We welcome applications from candidates who are fluent in Arabic and have strong knowledge of financial and accounting practices in Türkiye.

Responsibilities
  • Record daily cash inflows and outflows and ensure their accuracy
  • Monitor customer and supplier current accounts; track due receivables and payables
  • Regularly follow up on loan (debt) accounts to prevent delays
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations (VAT, Withholding, Provisional Tax, Corporate Tax, etc.)
  • Perform bank reconciliations by matching bank balances with accounting records
  • Review daily sales and return invoices to prevent errors
  • Track collections on a monthly basis and contribute to a healthy cash flow
  • Monitor all inventory movements, including sample orders and returns
  • Regularly audit branch cash and petty cash transactions through the system
  • Inspect returned and damaged goods in the warehouse to minimize losses
  • Participate in warehouse audit processes for branches and the main warehouse
  • Follow up on the company’s legal procedures and lease agreements in coordination with external consultants
  • Review all data related to products delivered to the warehouse and accurately record them in the accounting system
Qualifications
  • Advanced level of Arabic
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Turkish accounting and tax legislation
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with effective planning and prioritization abilities
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Responsible, well-organized, and results-oriented
