Job summary

M I R A L.L.C is seeking an independent, self-driven video editor to handle a range of content from talking heads to event footage. The role requires strong middle-level experience, expert DaVinci Resolve skills, and the ability to deliver both high-energy and refined premium content.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience with a portfolio proving Strong Middle level
• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to edit both fast-paced dynamic videos and calm, premium luxury content
• Experience with multi-cam edits and external sound synchronization
• Color grading and matching footage from Sony/Panasonic, S-Log/V-Log, DJI D-Log
• Node structures in DaVinci Resolve, color spaces, and working with scopes
• Strong rhythm, visual taste, and attention to detail
• Open to feedback, meet deadlines, test new AI tools

Responsibilities

• Edit talking heads, vertical, horizontal, and event videos
• Work with footage from live events, shoots, and trips
• Handle multi-camera setups and external audio synchronization
• Clean up and mix audio, select background music, craft SFX
• Do basic to intermediate motion graphics (titles, lower thirds)
• Search and curate footage from stock platforms
• Integrate AI-generated content into live-action footage
• Independently manage projects from brief to final export
