Job summary

Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to coordinate the Wound Care Center’s clinical activities, assess patients, plan care, and drive quality improvement.

The role collaborates with the Program Director and Medical Director, ensures compliance with HPAA, DOH, CMS and hospital policies, and leads staff development while coordinating vein care as needed. An RN license and ADN/BSN are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license must be maintained throughout employment.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• One year RN experience required; two or more years preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center, including patient assessments and care planning.
• Provide clinical oversight to nursing staff and CMAs.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives.
• Ensure compliance with HPAA, DOH, CMS and hospital policies.
• Lead staff development and training sessions.
• Manage program budgeting and financial considerations.
