Job summary

Hitachi Energy İstanbul, Marmara, Türkiye'de trafo sargı elemanı arıyor. Pozisyon, teknik resim okuma becerisi olan ve 3 vardiya sistemine uyum sağlayabilecek kişiler için uygundur.

İş güvenliği ve enerji yönetim sistemi talimatlarına uygun çalışmak, bobin sarım sürecini doğru şekilde yürütmek ve üretim hattını desteklemek temel sorumluluklardandır.

Qualifications

• Teknik resim okuyabilme becerisi istenir.
• Ekip çalışmasına uyum ve öğrenmeye istekli olma
• Tercihen vinç/forklift sertifikası olanlar avantajlıdır.

Responsibilities

• İş güvenliği, çevre ve enerji yönetim sistemi prosedürlerine uygun çalışmak.
• Trafo sarımlarını yapmak için resim ve talimatlara göre yalıtım malzemelerini yerleştirmek.
• İzolasyonu yapılmış teller bobin makaraları üzerine yerleştirmek.
• Sarıma başlamak için makinenin devrini ayarlamak.
• Bobini resme ve standartlara göre sarmak.
• Sarım sırasında telleri izlemek ve gerekirse zedelenen yerleri izole etmek.
• Gerektiğinde uç birleştirme kaynaklarını yapmak.
• Sarım tamamlandığında bobini makinadan indirip resme göre ölçü kontrollerini yapmak.
• Şablon parçalarını ve bobin sarma milini çıkartmak.
• Bobinleri istiflemek.

ARANAN GENEL NİTELİKLER

• Meslek Liselerinin Elektrik, Elektrik/Elektronik bölümlerinden mezun,
• Trafo montaj tecrübesi olan,
• Minimum 2 yıl tecrübeli,
• Teknik resim okuyabilen,
• Ekip çalışmasına uyumlu, öğrenmeye ve kendini geliştirmeye istekli,
• 3 vardiyalı düzende çalışmaya uyumlu,
• Tercihen vinç, forklift kullanma sertifikası olan,
• İstanbul Anadolu Yakası’nda veya Kocaeli nde ikamet eden,
• Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış.

İŞ TANIMI

• Başta kendisi olmak üzere tüm takım üyeleri ile birlikte iş güvenliği, çevre ve enerji yönetim sistemi prosedür, talimat ve kurallarına uygun çalışılması,
• Trafoların sargılarını oluşturmak üzere verilen resim ve talimatlara göre yalıtım malzemelerini yerleştirmek,
• İzolasyonu yapılmış teller bobin makaraları üzerine yerleştirmek,
• Sarılacak bobinin özelliğine göre makinanın devrini ayarlamak ve sarıma başlamak,
• Bobini resme ve ilgili standartlara göre sarmak,
• Sarım işlemi süresince sarım telini sürekli izleyerek sıyrık olan yerlerini tekrar izole etmek,
• Gerektiğinde uç birleştirme kaynaklarını yapmak.
• Sarım işlemi biten bobini makinadan indirerek resme göre ölçü kontrollerini yapmak.
• Şablon parçalarını ve bobin sarma makinası milini çıkartmak.
• Bobinleri istiflemek.
