Hitachi Energy Türkiye Elektrik Sanayi Anonim Şirketi, Kocaeli bölgesinde üretim süreçlerinde görev alacak Trafo Montajı ve Sargı Operatörü arıyor. Başlıca trafoların sargı ve çekirdek montajını, montaj sırasında kaynak, ölçü ve ayar işlemlerini yürütmeniz beklenir.

İş güvenliği ve çevre prosedürlerine uyum önemlidir; minimum 5 yıl tecrübe gereklidir. Tercihen vinç ve forklift sertifikalarına sahip adaylar öne çıkacaktır.

Qualifications

• Trafo tamir-onarım ve sargı operatörlüğü tecrübesi gerekir.
• Trafo yalıtım malzemelerinin hazırlanması tecrübesi vardır.
• Minimum 5 yıl tecrübe beklenir.
• Teknik resim okuyabilme becerisi aranır.
• Ekip çalışmasına uyumlu ve öğrenmeye istekli olmak gerekir.
• Tercihen vinç/forklift kullanma sertifikası mevcut.

Responsibilities

• İş güvenliği, çevre ve enerji yönetim sistemi prosedürlerine uyum sağlayarak çalışmak.
• Güç dağıtım trafolarının sargı ve sargı-çekirdek montajını gerçekleştirmek.
• Montaj sırasında kaynak yapma, ölçü kontrolü ve ayarları yapmak.
• Gerekirse arızalı trafoların demontajını ve izolasyonunu uygulamak.
• Çalışılan alan, tezgah ve donanımın günlük bakımını yapmak.

GENEL NİTELİKLER

• Meslek Liselerinin veya Meslek Yüksek Okullarının Elektrik, Elektrik/Elektronik, Mekanik bölümlerinden mezun,
• Trafo tamir-onarım, kablaj, pano montaj ve özellikle Trafo sargı operatörlüğü tecrübesi olan.
• Trafo yalıtım malzemelerinin hazırlanması konusunda tecrübesi olan
• Minimum 5 yıl tecrübeli,
• Teknik resim okuyabilen,
• Ekip çalışmasına uyumlu, öğrenmeye ve kendini geliştirmeye istekli,
• Tercihen vinç, forklift kullanma sertifikası olan
• Mekanik ve kaynak işlemlerinde tecrübesi olan
• Ekip çalışmasına uygun olan,
• İstanbul Anadolu Yakası'nda veya Gebze, Dilovası çevresinde ikamet eden,
• Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış.

İŞ TANIMI

• Başta kendisi olmak üzere tüm takım üyeleri ile iş güvenliği, çevre ve enerji yönetim sistemi prosedür, talimat ve kurallarına uygun çalışılması
• Verilen resimlere ve talimatlara göre çeşitli güç-dağıtım trafolarının sargı ve sargı-çekirdek montajlarını gerçekleştirmek.
• Montaj sırasında her türlü kaynağı, ölçü kontrolü ve ayarını yapmak.
• Gerekirse arızalı trafoların demontajını ve gereken yerlerde izolasyonunu yapmak.
• Çalışılan yerin ve kullanılan tezgah ve donanımın günlük bakım ve temizliğini yapmak.
