Job summary

Baykar is seeking a technically skilled engineer to participate in testing and integration of weapon systems and hydraulic/pneumatic subsystems on aircraft. You will verify system performance and help ensure readiness for field use.

Responsibilities include conducting tests, documenting results, and coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams to support project processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical systems and hydraulics/pneumatic subsystems.
• Experience with mechanical integration and good manual dexterity.
• Proficient in MS Office suite for documentation and reporting.
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, risk management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to adapt to demanding work pace.
• Field experience with weapon systems or aircraft subsystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and reporting on weapon and hydraulic/pneumatic systems under development.
• Perform integration procedures of systems on aircraft.
• Prepare technical documentation for testing, integration, maintenance and mass production.
• Participate in field activities related to weapon systems and ammunition.
• Provide technical support to project processes by coordinating with different disciplines.
