Johnson Controls, Inc. in Izmir is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehousing operations and optimize inventory, storage, shipping, and receiving to support production goals.

You will coordinate with Production, Procurement and Logistics to ensure material availability, coach the team, and drive safety and continuous improvement. You should have a Bachelor's degree and experience in warehouse or supply chain roles, with proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and MS Office.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, materials management, or supply chain functions.
• Experience leading or coordinating warehouse teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Join our manufacturing team in Izmir and play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials across our operations. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead warehousing activities and help optimize inventory, storage, shipping, and receiving processes to support our production and business objectives.

What you will do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities.
• Ensure materials and products are stored, handled, and distributed efficiently and safely.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability and timely deliveries.

• Support process standardization and maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
• Coach and develop team members while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
