TK Elevator in Turkey is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch and inventory control.

You will lead warehouse staff, ensure compliance with safety standards, coordinate with internal and international teams, and report on KPIs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Solid experience in warehouse operations and warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, stock control and warehouse processes.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate with international stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a hands‑on, solution-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating and supervising warehouse employees and supporting effective workforce planning.
• Monitoring warehouse performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

• Coordinating warehouse-related processes with internal stakeholders and relevant departments.
• Communicating and coordinating with international teams regarding warehouse, logistics and operational topics.
• Preparing operational reports and following relevant KPIs.
