We are looking for an experienced and highly disciplined Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, full material traceability, efficient material flow, and compliance with established warehouse procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A relevant associate degree combined with strong industrial warehouse management experience may also be considered.
- Relevant certifications in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Inventory Management are preferred.
- Training or certification in ERP/WMS systems, warehouse automation, or occupational health and safety is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial warehouse logistics, production warehousing, material flow management, or a similar field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of management or team leadership experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience with ERP systems and preferably WMS.
- Practical knowledge of inventory management, stocktaking, material receiving, storage, production supply, and dispatch operations.
- Experience with batch/lot traceability, location-based storage, FIFO, material reservation, and material status management.
- Experience with barcode, QR code, or DataMatrix-based identification systems is an advantage.
- Experience with WMS implementation, warehouse digitalization, or automated warehouse systems is a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse-related information systems.
- Practical experience using ERP systems; experience with WMS is preferred.
- Ability to accurately record, monitor, and analyze inventory and material movements in digital systems.
- Familiarity with barcode, QR code, and DataMatrix identification systems.
- Ability to work with digital warehouse processes and system-based inventory control.
- Experience with ERP/WMS integration or automated warehouse systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, internal transfers, production supply, finished goods receipt, inventory control, and dispatch.
- Ensure that physical inventory is fully aligned with ERP/WMS records and maintain the principle of Physical Stock = ERP/WMS Stock.
- Ensure that every big bag has a unique identifier, correct label, defined material status, accurate storage location, batch information, and corresponding ERP/WMS record.
- Control incoming raw materials by verifying quantity, weight, documentation, batch information, and identification.
- Coordinate raw material receiving activities with the weighbridge and relevant departments.
- Ensure full traceability of materials from receipt through storage, production transfer, finished goods storage, and final dispatch.
- Ensure correct implementation and physical segregation of material statuses, including:
- -Quarantine
- -Released
- -Pending Decision / Blocked
- -Released with Deviation
- Ensure that blocked or non-conforming materials are not used or dispatched without the required authorization.
- Monitor materials held under Pending Decision / Blocked status and escalated potential warehouse capacity and operational risks.
- Ensure correct product, batch, status, and quantity are transferred from the warehouse to production.
- Ensure accurate receipt and storage of finished products, including product, grade, fraction, batch number, big-bag ID, weight, status, storage location, and relevant laboratory test information.
- Manage warehouse capacity and optimize storage locations and material flows.
- Ensure proper application of FIFO, location-based storage, material reservation, and stock control principles.
- Plan and conduct inventory counts and stocktaking activities and investigate discrepancies between physical and system records.
- Manage dispatch operations and verify product, batch, big-bag ID, status, quantity, customer, shipment number, and shipping documentation before release.
- Prevent the dispatch of unreserved, blocked, incorrectly identified, incorrectly assigned, or unauthorized materials.
- Work with the ERP/WMS team to ensure appropriate system controls for material release and dispatch.
- Lead and organize warehouse personnel, allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.
- Identify training needs and support the development of warehouse employees.
- Ensure effective cooperation with Production, Laboratory, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, and IT/ERP departments.
- Conduct root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies, warehouse errors, and non-conformities and implement preventive actions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of location-based warehouse structures, ERP/WMS workflows, material placement and movement rules, and digital identification systems.
- Support the preparation of the warehouse for automation and automated storage and retrieval operations.
- Contribute to the development of inbound, outbound, quarantine, exception, and shipment staging areas.
- Support the integration of ERP – WMS – WCS/PLC – automated warehouse equipment.
- Ensure that warehouse processes are designed to support increasingly automated operations with minimal manual intervention.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, traceability, capacity utilization, and material flow.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality requirements, and occupational health and safety standards.
