Job summary

Cencora in Sakarya is seeking a full-time Reyon Görevlisi to monitor temperature-sensitive materials and support outbound shipment readiness in a fast-paced warehouse. You will maintain inventory records, ensure traceability, and follow approved procedures for handling on-hold or non-conforming items.

The role requires a high school diploma and up to two years of warehouse experience, with CSCP preferred. You will work with a team using a warehouse system to move goods safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support or related fields.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge in receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging and shipping.
• Inventory control principles, stock movement tracking and traceability.
• Temperature-controlled handling and cold chain knowledge.
• Packaging materials, reusable assets and replenishment practices.
• Shipment documentation and transactional recordkeeping requirements.
• Safe material handling practices and use of warehouse equipment.
• Follow established procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Maintain accurate records and update warehouse systems.
• Identify inventory/packaging/shipment exceptions for action.
• Support timely order preparation and material movement.
• Manage multiple tasks across warehouse workflows with accuracy.
• Work with temperature-sensitive materials per handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
