Job summary

World Courier is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Sakaryat, Turkey, to support temperature-sensitive shipments and inventory control. You will handle storage, packing, and documentation to ensure compliance with cold-chain requirements and quality standards.

You will coordinate material movement, prepare shipments, and escalate any issues to maintain timely order fulfillment while adhering to safety procedures and team instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.
