Manpower Türkiye is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to oversee import/export operations, warehouse management, and inventory control in Turkey. You will ensure accurate stock records, coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders, and maintain compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound logistics, cycle counts, document preparation, and KPI tracking while ensuring safety and HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• Valid Class B driving license.
• Forklift Operator Certificate and G-class endorsement on driving license are preferred.

• Coordinate customs clearance activities and work closely with customs brokers and logistics providers.
• Manage and monitor domestic and international transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Receive, inspect, store, and maintain products and materials according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support stock control processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products, spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Coordinate product returns, repairs, warranty processes, and replacement activities.
• Support assembly and service operations by ensuring material and spare part availability.
• Prepare and maintain logistics, inventory, and shipping documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
• Ensure warehouse organization, safety, and compliance with HSE regulations.
• Track logistics and warehouse KPIs, prepare reports, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support inventory planning and forecasting activities in cooperation with Operations, Service, and Finance teams.
