Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging and shipping.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and updates in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment and material handling exceptions for action.
• Experience with temperature-sensitive materials and cold chain handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory records and shipment documentation.
• Identify on-hold, damaged or non-conforming materials and route per procedures.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment for safe flows.
• Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
