Job summary

LILT is seeking professional or semi-professional voice talents for an exciting project. We value native Turkish speakers with experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming, who have a home recording setup and can meet tight delivery deadlines.

As an independent contractor, you can work on projects from anywhere, with flexible scheduling and competitive rates. You may be asked to participate in tests and licensing for AI voice cloning while contributing to multilingual AI and

About The Opportunity

We are looking for professional or semi-professional voice talents with a passion for language and technology for an exciting project.

Voice characteristics:

Female, "mature" (~35–55 years old), natural rather than polished/robotic — retaining natural pauses, disfluencies, and natural word emphasis.

Personality and Tone:

1. Conversational and likeable for customers (e.g., friendly, empathetic, patient)

1. Natural and approachable in a dialogue

1. Intelligent, confident, engaged, and builds trust

1. Welcoming and accommodating without being earnest, sycophantic or too eager to please

1. Ability to convey the desired personality traits (e.g., friendly, confident, helpful)

Speech Quality and Clarity:

1. Easy to follow and clear

1. Consistent, moderate pace with natural pauses

Qualifications

• Must be native speaker of the target locale

• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming

• Access to a home recording setup

  • Professional Digital Audio Workstation, software, plugins

  • Treated space, quiet environment, free from background noise, music, clicks, muffling, etc.

• Able to follow specific technical requirements when recording (volume level, file naming, format, gaps between segments, audio quality, etc.)

• Able to provide demo, sample recordings, voiceover samples

• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and able to meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged

• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training

• Depending on the project, you may undergo a test in our module to be subsequently vetted against all requirements.
