LILT seeks detail-oriented human reviewers to support AI training across prompts, outputs, and multimedia content. You’ll apply local cultural insights to ensure tone, symbolism, and market fit while maintaining brand alignment.

As an independent contractor, you’ll work flexibly on varied tasks, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and clear feedback to help improve model performance across languages and domains.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and accurate content categorization.

Responsibilities

• Review prompts and AI outputs and provide structured annotations.
• Deliver culturally relevant content using local tone and market fit.
• Identify common issues like translation errors and cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured feedback for model improvement.
• Support calibration and QA processes to ensure scoring consistency.
