LILT is seeking professional or semi-professional voice talents for an exciting project. We value native Turkish speakers with experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming, who have a home recording setup and can meet tight delivery deadlines.

As an independent contractor, you can work on projects from anywhere, with flexible scheduling and competitive rates. You may be asked to participate in tests and licensing for AI voice cloning while contributing to multilingual AI and

Qualifications

• Must be native Turkish speaker.
• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
• Access to a home recording setup.
• Able to follow specific technical requirements when recording.
• Able to provide demo, sample recordings, voiceover samples.
• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and tight delivery deadlines.
• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training.
• Depending on the project, you may undergo a test in our module.

Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice work for assigned projects.
• Deliver voiceovers within agreed timelines.
• Follow project guidelines and technical recording requirements.
• Provide demo samples and maintain professional audio quality.
• Collaborate with AI linguists and project managers as needed.
