Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or pursuing graduation with minimum 12 years formal education.
• Strong MS Office skills and fast typing.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Scrutinize documents and collect visa applications accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email and telephone.
• Record and maintain all application data with zero errors and ensure data entry complies with purging policy.
• Maintain up-to-date information on visa regulations and fees through training provided by VAC Managers.
• Conduct applicant biometric enrollment and ensure compliance with Mission standards.
• Manage applicant flow, especially during peak hours, and coordinate with logistics partners for passport delivery.
