Job summary

Smile Hair Clinic is seeking a talented Videographer to produce high-end video content for YouTube and social media. The role requires guiding international patients through the clinic journey while capturing authentic moments across the clinic, operating rooms, and studio.

You will manage end-to-end photoshoots, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and leverage AI tools to enhance creative workflows, using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional video production experience with a strong portfolio.
• Collaborative, cross-functional work across a multidisciplinary creative team.
• Keeps up with social media trends and creates fresh concepts.
• Advanced written and spoken English is mandatory for international patients.
• Mastery of cinematic cameras, studio lighting, and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Cinematic video production for YouTube and social media (vertical and horizontal).
• Guide international patients through the clinic journey without breaking the immersive experience.
• Film patient transformation stories and operation footage across the clinic, ORs, and studio.
• Lead end-to-end photoshoots including scheduling, crew, lighting, and post-production workflow.
• Organize and manage video/photo assets in the DAM system for retrieval and logging.

Since 2018, Smile Hair Clinic continues its operations in a 7-story, stylishly designed, high-tech clinic building in the financial district of Istanbul, where more than 150 trained personnel work. The quality and excellence of hair transplantation operations depend on intensive training procedures. We are looking for an \"Videographer\" to join our growing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional video and visual content production experience (Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic quality; this role requires advanced production skills beyond mobile content creation).
• Collaborative & Cross-Functional Approach: Proven ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering professional synergy and aligning individual contributions with shared organizational goals.
• Trend-Aware & Concept Creator: Actively follows the latest social media trends, draws inspiration from digital innovations, and consistently brings fresh, creative concepts and formats to the table.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory to comfortably communicate with and direct our international patients.
• Technical Mastery: Complete mastery of cinematic cameras, advanced studio equipment, and complex lighting setups, combined with highly developed production reflexes.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), including advanced color correction, color grading, and sound design.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Cinematic Video Production: Produce, film, and edit high-end short-form and long-form video content tailored from the ground up for YouTube and social media platforms (mastering both vertical and horizontal formats).
• Patient Journey & Studio Integration: Seamlessly guide international patients through their natural clinic journey without making them feel like they are on a traditional \"set.\" Communicate effectively to capture authentic moments, and transition them comfortably into our studio environment when specialized content is required.
• Versatile Filming: Capture compelling patient transformation stories and operation footage across the entire clinic building, operation rooms, and our dedicated studio, strictly adhering to clinic hygiene and privacy protocols.
• End-to-End Photoshoot Production: Lead all aspects of photoshoot production, including scheduling, crew coordination, studio/lighting setup, and the post-production workflow with retouchers.
• Asset Management: Organize and store photo and video assets within the organization’s digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring efficient logging and retrieval processes.
